Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Delivery times

US-warehouse items: 3–7 business days. All other items: 7–14 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and refunds

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective or not as described. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. We may ask for a photo of the item.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 21 days after it shipped, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you.
