Damaged, defective or not as described

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email us at info@sovaautomotive.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You don't need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

Changed your mind

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first for the return address. Items sent back without contacting us can't be processed. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method.

Lost or late orders

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 21 days after it shipped, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't refund or reship orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we'll help where we can if you contact us before the order ships.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, the order may already be with our fulfillment partner, and the return terms above apply.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
