Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on most items. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery times

Items marked as shipping from a US warehouse: 3-7 business days after processing. All other items: 7-14 business days after processing.

Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays and peak seasons. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 1-2 days to show its first update.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 21 days after it shipped, email info@sovaautomotive.com and we'll reship it or refund you.
