1. Overview

This website is operated by Handy Garage Co ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

We try to describe products and show colors and sizes accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen displays them exactly. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed by resellers. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card number. Automatic discounts are applied at checkout and can't be combined unless stated.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Product use

Use products only as described in their listing and instructions. Automotive products are accessories and diagnostic aids, not substitutes for professional repair. Follow your vehicle manufacturer's guidance and local laws, and don't mount anything that blocks your view of the road.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or the site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, including text, graphics and layout, belongs to Handy Garage Co or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Product brand names that appear belong to their respective owners.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page.
